Sanigrid® II is an all-fiberglass ceiling grid system known for its moisture and
corrosion resistance in high humidity and chemical environment installations.
It will not rust, pit, dent or peel like metal grid systems.
Sanigrid II is ideal for use in these types of applications: food processing
plants, refrigerated warehouses, chemical processing plants, restaurant
kitchens, public bathrooms, hospitals and laboratories.

Components
Wall angles - 12' (4 m) lengths; fastened directly to the wall with Crane
composites nylon drive rivets
Hanger wire - Secured with typical stainless steel anchors
Main runners - 12' (4 m) long, notched on 6" (152 mm) centers
Cross tee - 2' and 4' (0.6 and 1.2 m) lengths; pre-notched ends
Connector clip - Joins main runners
Hold-down clips - Holds ceiling panels in place

FOAMULAR® - is a polystyrene foam extruded into rigid boards by Owens
Corning's Proprietary technology known as HYDROVACT process, which have
interconnecting walls of consistent thickness with no voids. This uniform
structure gives FOAMULAR high insulating values, superior moisture
resistance and high compressive strength.
FOAMULAR® - XPS Foam Insulation is available for wide-ranging
applications including Cold storage applications, PRMA (Protected Roof
Membrane Assemblies), exterior wall of buildings and civil construction
applications. When applied to cold storage buildings, FOAMULAR® maintains
low thermal conductivity in the presence of high water vapor driving forces, and
even after prolonged exposure to moisture and freezing conditions.
FOAMULAR® has proven success in providing effective thermal insulation for
cold storage application in America and Europe as well as in Asia Pacific.

facilities and systems
