“COMPLETE PANEL SOLUTIONS” Only Isowall offers a full range of core insulation materials, to meet and exceed virtually every need. Isowall is a stressed-skin sandwich panel system. Steel skins are permanently bonded to desired core materials with a heat polymerizing adhesive. Isowall panels are produced on a continuous lamination line, which assures excellent quality and economy. Isowall also offers a complete range of associated and accessory materials to compliment your complete installation. ISOWALL EPS The Isowall EPS (expanded polystyrene) panel system provides a low-cost, high insulation and high strength panel system for many applications. Meets minimum building code standards including NBC/OBC 3.1.4.2(b) for combustible construction, and NBC/OBC 3.1.5.11.7 for noncombustible construction. (ULC/OND C 376) Please check with local building authorities when using this system to ensure compliance. Panels have white 26 ga modified silicon-polyester faces, with optional unpainted galvanized or FRP finish. Panels have an average R-value of R=4 per inch of thickness, and are available from 2” to 10” in thickness, and any transportable length. |
